HOW TO PROPERLY WEAR A BRA?

STEP 1:
BEFORE WEARING THE BRA, ELONGATE THE STRAPS AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. PUT YOUR ARMS THROUGH THE STRAPS IN AN INCLINED POSITION AND FIT THE CUPS. FASTEN THE FIRST BUTTON ON THE CLASP ON THE BACK. PLACE STRAPS ON SHOULDERS.

STEP2:
FITTING THE BRA: PUT YOUR HAND IN THE CUP, HOLD THE WHALEBONE WITH THE OTHER, AND PLACE THE WHOLE BREAST IN THE CUP. THE WHALEBONE SHOULD FALL IDEALLY INTO THE DEPRESSION BELOW THE BREAST. THE WHOLE BREAST SHOULD BE IN THE CUP. NOTHING SHOULD COME OUT ON THE SIDES OR UNDER THE ARMPITS.

STEP3:
HOLDING THE WHALEBONES IN THE CORRECT PLACE, SLIGHTLY SHAKE YOUR BREASTS. THEY SHOULD FALL INTO PLACE IN THE CUPS AND FIT COMFORTABLY ONCE YOUR BACK IS STRAIGHT.

STEP4:
ADJUST THE STRAPS, SO THAT THE FRONT AND THE BACK OF THE BRA IS PLACED EQUALLY IN ONE LINE. REMEMBER THAT IT IS THE GIRTH THAT SHOULD ENSURE PROPER HOLD. THAT BEING SAID, DO NOT FASTEN THE STRAPS TOO HARD. THEY SHOULD ONLY SLIGHTLY UPLIFT THE BREASTS. THE STRAPS CANNOT BE PULLED TOO TIGHT, OTHERWISE THEY MIGHT PUT PRESSURE ON THE SKIN AND IRRITATE IT. THE STRAPS ARE USUALLY ADJUSTED ONLY ONCE. NEXT TIME THE STRAPS WILL HAVE THE CORRECT LENGTH.

 

MOST COMMON MISTAKES

YOUR BRA IS PUT ON, BUT IT DOES NOT MEAN IT IS WELL FITTED. ABOUT 80% OF WOMEN WEAR POORLY FITTED BRAS. EVERY TIME THAT YOU PUT ON A BRA, LIFT YOUR ARMS UP AND OBSERVE THE BRA. IF IT IS WELL FITTED, IT SHOULD STAY WHERE IT WAS.1

MISTAKE NO. 1: GIRTH OF THE BRA IS TOO LARGE
THE CLASPS OF THE BRA SHOULD BE UNDER YOUR SHOULDER BLADE, RIGHT IN LINE WITH THE BUST. IF THE BRA IS TOO LOOSE AND THE CLASP GOES UP WHEN PULLING UP THE STRAPS IT MEANS THAT THE GIRTH IS TOO LARGE. TIGHT GIRTH OF THE BRA ENCOURAGES STRAIGHT POSTURE AND PREVENTS THE STRAPS FROM DIGGING INTO THE SHOULDERS. AFTER MEASURING THE CIRCUMFERENCE UNDER THE BUST, SUBTRACT 3 CENTIMETERS FROM THE MEASUREMENT BECAUSE THAT IS THE ELASTICITY OF BRAS. IF YOU ARE AFRAID THAT PUTTING ON A TIGHTER GIRTH WILL RESULT IN FOLDS, TRY PLACING THE BRA APPROXIMATELY 2 CENTIMETERS LOWER THAN THE FRONT, IN THE NARROWER PART OF THE BACK.

MISTAKE NO. 2: CIRCUMFERENCE OF THE BRA IS TOO SMALL
IF THE BRA IS TOO LOOSE, THE CUPS WILL MOVE AND THE WHALEBONES WILL MOVE AWAY INSTEAD OF FITTING THE BREASTS. IT CAN BE EASILY OBSERVED BY LIFTING THE ARMS UP. THE BRA WILL LIFT UP WITH THEM. GIRTH WHICH IS TOO LOOSE WILL CAUSE THE WEIGHT OF THE BUST TO SHIFT TO THE STRAPS. THE STRAPS MAY DIG INTO THE BODY, AND AS A RESULT, PUT PRESSURE ON THE NERVES AND BLOOD VESSELS IN THE ARMS.

MISTAKE NO. 3: THE WHALEBONES ARE PLACED TOO LOW
LOWLY PLACED WHALEBONES INDICATE THAT THE BRA WAS CHOSEN INCORRECTLY IN REGARDS TO THE CIRCUMFERENCE, AND THAT THE STRAPS ARE TOO LOOSE. THAT CAUSES THE BRA TO SHIFT DOWNWARDS.

MISTAKE NO. 4: THE FRONT OF THE BRA MOVES AWAY FROM THE CHEST
IF THE BRA MOVES AWAY FROM THE CHEST, IT MEANS THAT THE CUP SIZE IS INCORRECT. BREASTS THAT ARE TOO LARGE PUSH THE CUPS AWAY FROM THE BODY BY TRYING TO ACCOMMODATE THE BREASTS. THE CONNECTOR OF THE BRA MUST BE IDEALLY FITTED TO THE STERNUM.

MISTAKE NO. 5: THE WHALEBONES DIG INTO THE BODY.
CUPS THAT ARE TOO SMALL ARE A COMMON PROBLEM. THAT CAUSES THE WHALEBONE TO BE TOO NARROW, NOT EMBRACING THE WHOLE BREAST. IN THAT CASE, IT IS RECOMMENDED TO TRY ANOTHER SIZE OF BRA. IF THE CUPS ARE TOO SMALL, THEN THE WHALEBONE IS TOO NARROW AND DOES NOT ACCOMMODATE THE WHOLE BREAST. IF THAT IS THE CASE, PLEASE TRY ANOTHER SIZE OF BRA. BASE OF THE BREAST THAT IS TOO WIDE MAY ALSO CAUSE PROBLEMS, EVEN IF THE CUP SIZE IS CORRECT. TO REMEDY THIS, FIND A BRA WITH FLAT CUPS AND A WIDE WHALEBONE. IF THE WHALEBONE IS TOO LONG THEN IT MAY ALSO DIG INTO THE BODY BECAUSE THE BUST IS LIFTED UP TOO HIGH. OVERLY TIGHT CIRCUMFERENCE MIGHT ALSO CAUSE PRESSURE. LOOSENING THE BRA BY ONE EYE WILL USUALLY SOLVE THE PROBLEM.

MISTAKE NO. 6: BUST FALLING OUT OF CUPS
THIS PROBLEM IS CAUSED BY CUPS THAT ARE TOO SMALL OR A TOO NARROW WHALEBONE, AND THE BRA SIMPLY CANNOT ACCOMMODATE THE BREASTS PROPERLY BECAUSE OF THEIR SIZE. CHECK IF YOUR BRA IS NOT TOO SMALL BY WEARING A TIGHT BLOUSE AND LOOKING IN THE MIRROR. THIS WAY YOU CAN EASILY NOTICE ANY FOLDS.

MISTAKE NO. 7: THE CUPS SEEM TOO LOOSE OR BAGGY
TOO LOOSE AND BAGGY CUPS DO NOTHING FOR OUR BUST. SUCH LOOK MEANS THAT YOU HAVE TO LOOK FOR A SMALLER SIZE BRA. THE BUST SHOULD FILL THE CUP COMPLETELY, BUT AT THE SAME TIME, SHOULD NOT OVERFLOW.
